Saurabh is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Indus Insights. He is part data scientist, part management consultant, and part business manager. He has more than 15 years of experience in creating value through the use of data-driven approaches.
Prior to starting Indus Insights, Saurabh worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, advising senior management across a variety of verticals, including CPG and hi-tech. Saurabh also has considerable experience in the consumer finance industry through his stints at Capital One and HSBC, where he drove multiple initiatives in the fields of direct marketing analytics, product development, credit policy & risk analytics, non-traditional underwriting, and account management.
Saurabh is a member of Forbes Technology Council and is regularly quoted by national and international media like Forbes, CIO, VentureBeat, as a subject matter expert in payments, analytics, and consulting. He holds an MBA (with honors) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Saurabh received a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay, and is a CFA charterholder. He is also an aviation enthusiast, and is a certified pilot.
Neha is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Delivery of Indus Insights. She has created lasting value for organizations in consumer finance, e-commerce, and telemarketing domains through the use of Big Data and advanced analytics.
Prior to starting Indus Insights, Neha worked in the Risk Management group at Discover Cards, where she was responsible for driving risk analytics strategies for the portfolio. Before this, she managed the P&L responsibility of a $450M receivables Home Improvement portfolio at Citibank, where she drove all streams of the customer acquisition lifecycle, including product testing & strategy design, valuations, and credit policy design. Neha also led fraud analytics efforts spanning all Citibank partnership portfolios, and has experience in optimizing direct mail strategies at Capital One.
Neha is an expert on developing consumer insights using advanced analytics, and has spoken on the topic in multiple conferences. She holds an MS in Finance (with Distinction) from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Bombay. She is an avid traveler and has visited many countries across Americas, Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
Dr. Srabashi Basu
Srabashi is a Statistics Advisor to Indus Insights. She has over 20 years of experience in statistical research & applications.
Srabashi has extensive experience of applying advanced statistical methods in diverse business areas such as customer segmentation, churn & loyalty management, flight operation resource forecasting, airline revenue management, clinical trial resource management, and microfinance risk management. She is an instructor for the Pennsylvania State University World Campus, and was an Associate Professor at the Indian Statistical Institute. Srabashi has taught statistics & business analytics at multiple business schools and regularly teaches at the Executive Program in Business Analytics & Business Intelligence (EPBABI) at the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi. She is the author of several book chapters and original articles published in reputed refereed journals in Statistics & Biostatistics.
Srabashi has a Ph.D. and M.A. in Statistics from the Pennsylvania State University and an M.Sc. and B.Sc. (Honors) in Statistics from the University of Calcutta.
US Business Development Advisor
Joe is President of Joseph Feldman Associates, a business development consulting company, with clients ranging from start-ups and university technology development offices to more developed companies. His prior corporate experience includes nearly twenty years with Monsanto/NutraSweet/Searle in finance, strategy, operations, international, and business development roles. Later, Feldman was a member of the management team for two early-stage biotechnology companies (Chromatin and First Genetic Trust), and after that was a co-founder and managing director of Sandbox Industries, a new business incubator and venture capital investor in Chicago. He has served on the advisory boards of several early stage companies in IT services, retail, and novel beverages, as well as for a private equity investment firm.
Joe holds a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

TS Anil is a consumer finance expert, with nearly 30 years of experience in leading multiple businesses at some of the largest financial services organizations across the world.
TS Anil is currently the CEO of Monzo bank, which is a leading digital, new-age bank in the UK. Prior to joining Monzo, TS has had a long career in banking and payments across Visa, Citi, Capital One and Standard Chartered Bank.
Most recently, TS was the Global Head of Payment Products and Platforms at Visa. Before that, he was the global head of consumer products at Standard Chartered Bank. His prior experiences include multiple leadership positions of the Cards businesses of Citibank in Japan & Asia Pacific and Capital One in the US & Canada.
TS holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (with honors) from Sri Ram College of Commerce in Delhi.

Secil is a professional and entrepreneur focusing on high-growth and disruptive businesses in payments, credit, and consumer financial services. Currently, he is the President & COO at FastPay, a leading next-gen lending and payment company for digital economy. He has previously led the US business for Wonga – a digital finance company. He was also an early management team member at Green Dot Corp – GDN is a leading cash reload/top-up network in the US – and managed the Green Dot Network (GDN). His other experiences included stints at Capital One and at McKinsey. Secil is an active investor and advisor at Collective Spark, a seed/early stage fund in the Turkish market.
Secil has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Bosphorus University (Turkey).

Vikas has over 25 years of experience in creating value for clients leveraging IT and Business/Knowledge Process Outsourcing. His experience spans across multiple geographies, including the US, Middle East, and India.
Vikas is currently an Executive Vice President at HTC Global Services, Inc., a global provider of IT solutions and BPO/KPO services headquartered in Troy, Michigan. In this role, he drives the company’s overall growth strategy, champions business development across different verticals, and manages its expanding global reach. Vikas has deep experience in working with clients in the financial services sector, and has been in charge of HTC Global’s relationships with banks and insurance firms.
Vikas holds an M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from IIT Kharagpur, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Nagpur University, India.

With more than 18 years of experience, Mitesh brings both an operational and an investor viewpoint to Indus Insights. Mitesh is currently Managing Director and member of the Indian leadership team at TPG Capital, a leading global private investment firm. At TPG, Mitesh focuses on private equity with interest in healthcare, consumer and technology, and serves on the boards of Sai Lifesciences and R R Kabel. Prior to joining TPG, he worked with Advent International in UK and India, and with Zephyr Peacock in Bangalore. He has also led multiple analytical initiatives in the US, UK, and India, through his work at Capital One and at a boutique analytical consulting firm.
Mitesh holds a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi. He is a CFA charterholder and a graduate of the Dale Carnegie leadership program.

Florian has 17+ years of strategy and analytics related experience at top-tier organizations such as JP Morgan, HSBC, Capital One, and Xerox. He is currently heading the Marketing and Product division at Fair Square Financial, marketer of the Ollo credit card.
Prior to this, he was the General Manager of a large JP Morgan Chase credit card business unit, where he owned the P&L responsibility for the business and drives product marketing, new originations, portfolio marketing, and other functional areas. Florian has also built and directed the Retail Finance and Analytics function for HSBC France (8,000 FTE and revenue base of $1.5B+) and was the Senior Vice President of Marketing in charge of credit card acquisition for HSBC NA. Florian is a strong believer in the use of analytics to drive innovation and enhance decision making, and has spearheaded numerous initiatives adopting a rigorous “test-and-learn” approach at HSBC and Capital One.
Florian holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
